Disability Pathways Support Services was founded by a passionate husband-and-wife team with a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with disability.

With over 30 years of experience as a social worker in the healthcare sector, Teresa has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and families to navigate complex systems and access the support they deserve. She brings deep knowledge of the NDIS, a compassionate approach and a strong belief in dignity, choice and person-centred care.

Biagio comes from a background in construction and offers a practical, grounded perspective shaped by his own lived experience — growing up with a sister with a disability. His insights fuel the heart of the business: ensuring families feel understood, respected and supported.
